Letters of Recommendation

To be eligible, you must have received an A- or A in my class.

1. Request the letter via email at least 1 month before your deadline, but no earlier than 2 months.

2. You will be expected to provide addressed, stamped envelopes.

3. Provide the following:

• The course you took with me, and the school.
  
• List of programs you're applying to, with their full mailing addresses and application deadlines.
